dust storming my blog

its so cold outside, apparently there's another dust storm on the way. aside from the rain, did i tell you that there was a hailstorm in dubai last week? and a couple of years ago there was snow here in Bahrain? why do i always miss these stuff?

ate tina and i went to don vito yesterday, while bambi is having his much-anticipated and much-prepared interview for The One. and my gosh did he impress the guys there! so thank you to miss claire (she'll probably will not read this in her lifetime, but we still want to thank her) and to mr. rob merry who is an angel to my bambi, and to miss maria, the kind and beautiful receptionist of the one, thank you to all of you. but we still don't know if bambi's hired. as of now, he's quite satisfied with his success against struggles and discouragements, and i think he deserve a break right now.

im getting the hang of the sims 2 again. i lost my interest a month ago due to frequent crashing and it's inability to build houses, last night was one of the "boredom nights of bahrain" so i tried my best to entertain myself with bambi's computer-generated dollhouse.

what else... im suppose to write something interesting here but by the time i arrived here im drowned by works that it slipped out of my mind again. okay, i know im a boring writer, but this is my blog, so if i do bore you, read at your own risk, hehe.

a new old car?

so, last night its the nicest sleep i've had since 2001, when i used to sleep and wake up in just one position, i haven't done that in years... well, maybe because i haven't had much household work in years... i cleaned the room and the toilet, did the laundry plus, hand-washed bambi's white uniforms and not-so-white socks, ironed and folded the clothes, plus walked to ate tina's house to check her old car. bambi will take it come tuesday, and fix everything else. i cant believe we're buying a car! its not new and pretty, but considering we're just average workers and unlike abby we don't have parents here to buy us one, i consider it a very big achievement. an early christmas present for both of us. that little old honda will do, for now.

boy, this is gonna cost us more than i can imagine. aside from the car expenses, we have have it registered and other paperworks, etc, plus bambi has to get a license (i don't have any excuse now). i hope we can pull this off.

i thanked God for all the blessings we're receiving now, i don't know why, im not that kind or charitable or something, but having someone offer me her car on installment basis plus a discounted price seems such a big blessing to me. i can't believe we're buying car!

so now im not doing tae-bo anymore, im so lazy!!! but im drinking pure green tea everyday... i noticed my arms are getting thinner, must be the handwash-the-socks thing. bambi has his stomach getting bigger each month, haha! not that big though, just enough to cover his abs... now he's getting paranoid. i must be contagious :)!!!

christmas is surely felt in our house, ate rem just put every christmas decoration she could find, plus the biggest christmas tree she could buy, everywhere you look there's a gold or silver decoration shouting at your face! yeah, great, another reason to be homesick. but it makes the atmosphere better, especially when she plays all the christmas cds that she owns...

another stressed thursday

haven't blog in a while...

bambi is doing his "charisma thing" in front of the mirror for his big interview in the one. i hope he gets it. he's been so psyched up and so determined to get the job whatever it takes, and it will crush him if he doesn't... last night he cleaned up his new shoes... mind you, it is a new one haha... he's like a kid sometimes. or i guess all the time.

as of me, well i'll be alone in the creative come december coz kuya jun will leave... i don't know of i can handle this... they're all too much for one person. the other orders this, the other one orders that, then sometime later, they will both change their minds. i think we've changed the format of the scratch thing for the 55th time already. everyday they change their mind. then one week later they will go back to the original artwork.

abby and i think 3 of baba habbas boys went home (phils) last night. i just learned 4 hours before their departure, so i just grabbed the cue stick and my father's medicine... i thought they will go home in january. so there will be no fishing or crabbing some time soon. which is okay, since its officially winter already.

i thought i will feel some kind of emptiness when theyre gone. surprisingly, i don't. im just envious but i know i can't go home unless im loaded. and im not yet, so let me suffer homesickness more. it's really driving me crazy. it was raining here the other day and suddenly im crying as in, coz it's always raining in manila... and i love it when i go home from school and its so bumper to bumper on my way, especially if there's a typhoon. anyways im getting desperate more and more in this boring island sometimes i just want to shout to let my anger out. but i guess it will scare my flatmates, so i try to hold it inside me. for a little more. bambi doesn't wanna go out coz it makes him homesick, but i want to coz the room makes me homesick. like he will allow me to go out on my own. so sometimes ill just go under the bed and write stupid things under the bed foam... its so frustatingly boring here, really...

i just wish at least i can go to dubai for a while...

ramadhan is over, back to the boring office hours...

im here at the office (and it's hoilday today!) coz i have to finish the scratch card and finalize the artwork, they said they will print it during eid. it's getting colder here... i miss the philippine christmas...

ok, back to work.

two weeks more

two weeks more and ramadan will be over, i like the ofice hours though, just 8 to 4, and sometimes if we have nothing to do after 2 o'clock pwede na kaming umuwi.

after i installed that tagboard tinamad na kong mag blog, but anyways, ayoko kasi ng flooble chatterbox hindi nagre-refresh. i also installed xfactor, pangdownload ng music and video, yung limewire ko ayaw magconnect e, yung mlmac naman ang tagal magdownload. but so far naka download na ko ng 1 movie (the sweetest thing), 1 ghost fighter commercial, 25+ music videos, 500+ mp3s at ang buong series ng meteor garden, chinese version nga lang hehe! so sa ngayon nagda-download pa ko ng album ni regine at the corrs, pati si kuya jun nahahawa na sa kin, pero nba videos naman ang dinadownload nya saka yung sa and1 dvd.
